If I don't answer, please leave a clear message and I will return your call as soon as available. Pick the method of ordering that suits you best:
1) POINT & CLICK, PAY ONLINE . If you have a Pay Pal account order online with our automated check out system and pay via Pay Pal using your credit card, Pay Pal account balance, or bank transfer. This is the fastest and most secure way to order, but be advised it SOMETIMES takes several days for the bank transfer option to go through, and this will delay shipping your order.
2) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT, you can still order online and pay with a credit card. Just look for the "continue" link next to Don't have a PayPal account info. Use your credit card or bank account (where available).Pay Pal will process your credit card purchase without having a Pay Pal account. It is also secure and fast and we've used Pay Pal successfully for years. By far the fastest way to order using Pay Pal.
3) DON'T WANT TO USE A CREDIT CARD ONLINE, but don't want to wait for a check to get here? Do this. Point and Click to make your order, then at check out time, click on the Purchase Order option...... THEN..... call us with your credit card by phone, 1.970.433.9525. 4) BY "SNAIL MAIL." Go through the process of ordering online and at check out time choose to print a "purchase order" to send with your check or money order via snail mail. We are in the west, so this will take longer if you are in the eastern part of the country. To order by mail using a purchase order generated online and printed out from the store, point and click on the "Add to Cart" icons as you normally would for credit card ordering, BUT when you get to the check out, click on the "Purchase Order" box next to the text that reads "Place Order As A P.O." Supply the information asked for, including a brief message. Then click on "Submit." You will then get an email with the details of the order. Print out a copy of the email to send with your check or money order by snail mail. You can also "select" the invoice and print it out from the screen. Easy as that!

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MIKE BELLM TCs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item with refund or remaining quantity not guaranteed in a specified time frame. For multiple orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs to a reasonable amount if not lower than industry standards. All orders shipped from my location are labeled and packaged by me, in displayable manner, and mailed in either bubble mailers or boxes depending on size with in 3 business days from when the payment is received with most items being shipped right away. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday and any postal holiday, except by prior arraignment. Some of our items are Drop shipped from our reliable suppliers. Shipping and handling costs are generated based on item and items total. Some heavier and drop shipped items will have a reasonable premium added. Drop shipped items may take longer and are normally mailed by our partners via UPS. If sent via UPS, tracking information is available upon request. All USA orders will have tracking and delivery confirmation. Paypal orders will automatically be emailed tracking, purchase orders by request. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, consider any shipping time estimate provided written or verbally to you by Bellm TCs or other third parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion and offer several shipping upgrades below to avoid any delays caused by shipping or product availability.
ORDERS UNDER 1 Pount net weight are shipped by First Class Mail. Delivery may take from a week to 10 days or more from here in Colorado.
MOST ORDERS over 1 pound in weight WILL BE SHIPPED BY Priority Mail. Large, heavy packages over about 4 pounds will usually be shipped by UPS ground unless other arrangements are made. You can add delivery options below if you need items faster.
There is a shipping surcharge on some heavier items. To offset the merchant expense of accepting credit cards, small parts orders shipped with barrel projects will be charged shipping and handling UNLESS paid by check or money order, no exceptions.
Our store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable Colorado state sales tax for orders to be delivered to address within the same state of Colorado. If for some reason our shopping cart fails to collect the proper taxes, you will be billed for and responsible to pay applicable Colorado state or local sales tax. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other applicable taxes. If purchasing a FFL item, you are solely responsible for arranging transfer to and paying any applicable transfer fees to your local FFL.
REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Product refunds, returns and exchanges are accepted to insure your complete satisfaction in choosing Bellm TCs. If you have found a part defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship, we will exchange it for another within 30 days from the date of purchase. Ordering mistakes happen, No restocking fee if returned within 3 days of receipt, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund otherwise unless substituted for another item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping/Handling is not refundable. Returns should always include instructions with how you want me to handle the return and DO NOT place returns in unpadded envelopes, they will get lost through the sorting process at the mail and we will not be responsible. Package well in thick padded envelopes or box with padding.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
We do our best to keep product availability and description updated at all times, but if it does happen we will contact you usually within 48 hours and proceed to ship your product as it becomes available. We will notify you of availability by email or phone of any products you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You many cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error or error in pricing description of information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or description. Our store shall have the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
CREDIT CARDS, MONEY ORDERS AND CHECKS
In U.S. Dollars, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order unless order placed online billing occurs instantly.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed and shipped. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipments To Other Countries: We do ship SMALL PARTs orders to other countries. International restrictions are stocks, barrels, and potentially others. We will notify you and refund the part of the shipment that we can not send.
Our shopping cart can not be programmed to adjust for the additional cost to ship to your individual country. Therefore, to reduce the cost for shipping to other countries, all orders will go first class USPS unless you select additional shipping options below and MUST purchase the International First Class upgrade from menu below. We also MUST RESERVE the right to bill you for additional shipping charges should there be any. Often times we can not determine the total cost to ship to your country until we return from the post office. The cost of customs is your responsibility. We support our international customers and will continue to ship to other countries so long as possible.
Note that we have no way to track such shipments, no insurance is available, you order at your own risk, and delivery is often delayed by customs. Allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery.
