Description

This is a new 24" standard contour, test fired only original Bergara barrel that we have installed a new lug on and throated for both standard .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO ammo, Wylde style.

1-10 twist

NOTE: Bergara Encore barrels made from 2006 to 2009 did not have the barrel lugs hardened so were prone to the lower lip of the barrel lug bending & creating a loose lockup.

Thus all the Bergara Encore barrels Mike Bellm reworks either have the barrel lug hardened and lockup corrected, or, in this case a totally new lug installed.

If I were buying or making a .223 barrel for myself, this is one I'd pick!

This is probably the last Bergara .223 I have left from the pre-2010 production era.
