Extra large size for extremely loose Contender/G2 hinge pin holes in barrels and frames.
There are extreme situations where my standard oversize hinge pin .3752" diameter is just not tight enough, and another step larger pin is required. This .376" oversize pin is the fix for such situations, but it should only be used when a particular barrel and frame will be pretty much dedicated.In all probability, either the barrel hinge pin hole or the frame holes will have to be reamed larger for the .376" pin. When a given barrel and frame combination so reamed is separated, any other combination these components are used in will also have to be reamed for the .376" pin, or there will be a loose fit with whichever component there is in the combination that has the large .376" hinge pin hole. Thus, one should give serious consideration to what his future plans for a barrel and frame might be. If he sells the barrel with a .376" hinge pin hole, the next owner will be burdened with the sloppy fit on a standard pin, or even my .3752" oversize hinge pin, and may not want the barrel in that condition. If he keeps the frame, then any barrel he uses on that frame will have to be reamed for the larger .376" pin in order to have a good fit. I offer the .376" pins because there are definitely circumstances under which one this large is called for, but I do not recommend starting this cycle of reaming everything for the larger pin unless it is really necessary. Go to the next item on the store after this one for the appropriate .376" reamer. If you need a good fit in sloppy hinge pin holes, this is the way to get it. For G2 or Contender only, will not fit Armour alloy frames.
