.44 MAGNUM Encore/prohunter barrel 15 1/2 Inches Stainless Threaded

This barrel has been completely gone through by my father the one and only Mike Bellm, using his unique throating process throated long for running .445 Super mag velocities. Cut and crowned at an optimal 15 1/2 inch length, threaded 11/16 x 24 to add a brake or suppressor. Includes 2 shoulder screws for using a muzzle loader forend, this is a HEAVY BULL barrel and requires the ML forend and adaptor screws(included)

Here's the MIKE BELLM protocol for barrel reconditioning:
1) Barrel lugs hardened
2) Locking bolts fitted for optimum lockup
3) Breech faced off to permit shimming the firing pin bushing for headspace adjustment
4) Throat extended, minimum diameter for best accuracy & better suited for monolithic/solid bullets
5) Welds redone
6) All screw holes bottom tapped
7) Stainless barrels sandblast refinished non-reflective matte finish
8) All barrels test fired for chamber finish, dimensions, extraction, & function

10) Blued barrels Cerakote finished matte black or stainless color
