Trigger Job Manual tc encore prohunter g2 trigger job manual tjm
Our trigger job manual is printed in house and bound in clear report style binders.
Do your own TC Encore/Pro Hunter, or G2 Trigger Job using Mike Bellm's printed instruction manual. I show you how to do it step by step using Bellm Custom Encore G2 springs.
There is simply no reason to suffer along with a heavy, rough trigger pull when you can readily fix the problem yourself. Every Encore and G2 shooter should at least attempt his own trigger job or at the very least know how to disassemble/reassemble and maintain these wonderfully simple mechanisms. We believe in you and invite you to enjoy the satisfaction of not only knowing your Encore or G2 frame inside and out, but also knowing you did the trigger job yourself.... safely, successfully, and economically! Since I first introduced my instructional sequence on CD-ROM, thousands of Encore and G2 shooters have successfully done their own trigger jobs, and there is no reason why you should not try it yourself. And if you do fail to get the results you want, I am available to coach you through the work by phone or to be your "safety net" if you decide to back out of the project. Once in a while we get a box of parts to make into a frame again, and this is no problem at all to us, nor should it in any way be taken as a reflection on you one way or the other. On the contrary, we have the utmost respect for the fact that you gave it a try! The printed shop manual is a new version that addresses the minor differences between the Encore and G2 that are not covered in the original Encore CD-ROM version. It also includes numerous important updates that have been developed along with extensive tips to safely get the best out of both Encore and G2 triggers. The extensive photos have also been enhanced and are clearer than on the CD-ROM. Since these instructions were first brought out on CD-ROM, folks have been asking for a printed manual they could set on the work bench so they could refer to the step by step photos and text. Here it is! Well here it's been 23 years since going to print and the instructions are as good today as they were then.
Whether you are an experienced gunsmith or attempting your very first TC Encore or G2 trigger job, these instructions will help you achieve one of the smoothest trigger pulls of any firearm made. If you have already gotten either the Encore instructions on CD-ROM or the free download, you still need the updates and tips included in this printed manual, some of which are essential "need to know" info. As always, I am your "safety net" for technical support and as a backup in the event you run into a snag doing your own trigger job. If you have any doubts about attempting your own trigger job, I recommend you give it a try anyway. And certainly for general cleaning and maintenance, these step by step instructions make the job much easier and safer.Be sure to get a set of our Encore/G2 trigger/sear spring pliers. You will be glad you did when you reassemble the frame!

PS... A note to and on "gunsmiths." If you are a gunsmith, flatten the learning curve with our shop manual and our years of experience focused on these guns. We will support your efforts any way we can. "Gunsmith" is a broad, undefined term. Some who label themselves as gunsmiths are fantastic, others.... well... what can we say? Even the best gunsmith does not see any where near the number of frames we have. Most see only a few and never have a chance to really learn the Encore and G2 frames like they should. With our manual, you will be tapping our experience gained from working on nothing else but TC Encores and G2s (and Contenders) and have a "leg up" on most gunsmiths who don't have our instructions.
