SOME easy assembly will be REQUIRED. You will need a propane source / bottle A phillips head screw drive for mounting the base. Will also need a 13mm wrench or small adjustable wrench ( to install torch holder rod to the case ) . EVERYTHING else needed to start annealing is included. Except you and your brass and some Gas.
If you are going to do 17 / 22 Hornet or the like, like 5.7X28 you will need to buy the Hornet insert I have them IN STOCK, only $15 when purchased with a machine. $20 when bought without. ALL the other 5 inserts needed are already included from the factory.
This Annealer is a beast and is a GREAT, HEAVY DUTY, QUALITY machine. Is made with us the hobbyists in mind. Designed buy a fellow shooter / re-loader.
Compare this to others in the same price range. Here are a few pictures of both companies gears, white one are from the UGLY, black off another brand. Ugly is white GLASS FIBER REINFORCED NYLON, other is black plastic. Now for pictures of Lower shaft support, the Ugly is real shaft through two bearings in a pillow block type bearing housing VERY STRONG and SOLID, verses a fully threaded bolt for a shaft going through a drilled or punched hole in sheet metal, the gen1, one I had, had sloppy movement. Machine case is made of #201 stainless steel. The clear front panel is impact-resistant polycarbonate ( it’s almost bulletproof). It costs 3 times as much as acrylic. I wanted it as tough as I could get because, I dropped my acrylic prototype and broke it. Yours shouldn’t!! The standard package includes 5 CNC milled caliber conversion inserts covering 223Rem / 10mm and its family, 7.62x39R /12mm and its family, 308Win /12.8mm and its family, 300Winmag 14mm and its family, 338LM 15.9mm and its family. To do 50BMG run without insert. It takes about 30 seconds to change the insert and adjust the torch over to a different caliber. The bottom rotation wheels (rotates the brass) should last a lifetime, because the aluminum is heat resistant and industrial type grade diamond coating to turn the brass. I’ve given you two of them a 15mm & 25mmI use single OR they can be stacked. We want you to have everything you need to get started and keep going, without having to spend extra money to upgrade to different calibers. Not a lot of people need the Hornet insert so it is sold separate.
The machine comes with a CNC-made adjustable clamp compatible with a gas pencil torch with OD 12.70mm-13.0mm. A universal propane bottle holder also included. The Allen keys provided are outstanding quality. Just like everything else on this unit, It doesn't cost much extra to give you real quality you NEED and DESERVE.
